The Riad's restaurant serves delicious traditional Moroccan cuisine and has an impressive selection from their wine cellar. I felt like I was indulging in a culinary adventure, with flavors that transported me to the heart of Marrakech.
No heating during winter.

Very friendly welcome from Said who was always very helpful throughout our stay. The Riad was a peaceful oasis in the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Room was very clean and breakfast was simple but delicious.

The local person who was very helpful/
Smelly room, tiny, poor value for money, I did not like anything about this stay other than the helpful staff member and would advise others to think before staying here. not al all good value.

The rooftop terrace felt like our secret hideaway, offering breathtaking views of Marrakesh's vibrant cityscape. We savored every moment sipping mint tea and indulging in delectable Moroccan treats as the kids enjoyed exploring their own little oasis. The warm and welcoming owner made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed to create unforgettable family memories.
In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if there were more family-friendly activities or a play area for children.

Beautiful terrace, friendly staff, nice room
No hot water in the shower, impossible to find the riad without the staff picking you up but they were very happy to do so when called up

It was a five minute walk to the centre of Marrakech. the staff were lovely and had little maps on buisness cards giving directions to the square.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the city. Its traditional Moroccan decor and attention to detail are truly impressive. The rooms, like the Essaouira and Ouarzazate, are clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, making for a perfect stay. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure your comfort and provide helpful information, just like the adorable receptionist and breakfast maker mentioned in previous reviews. The central location allows for easy exploration of the vibrant Medina, with its bustling marketplaces and cultural sites. The breakfast spread is a delightful surprise, with an array of local breads, cakes, eggs, and refreshing fresh orange juice. The hotel offers great value for money, providing a truly authentic and memorable experience.
No negatives. All was perfect at this hotel.

Great roof top terrace and plenty of room for lounging within the Riad. The location was excellent but difficult to find the first time around. Dont count on help from the staff to find the hotel either. Best thing to do it get to the main square then pay a local a small price to take you there.
The reception staffs were the downfall of this place. We spent a lot of time travelling around Morocco and everywhere we went the staff and locals went to great lengths to ensure you had a lovely time. They arranged pickups/ drop offs, tours, gave restaurant advice, local history and were more than accommodating in every respect. We were quite disappointed to not have the same treatment at our last stop. The staff couldn’t even respond to simple questions via email never mind provide any useful information.
